Thank you for your interest in leading a workshop at the 3rd Annual Mental Health Matters Youth Summit on Thursday, October 8, 2026 at Cleveland Public Auditorium.

We are seeking engaging, youth-centered workshops for high school students and practical sessions for educators and adult chaperones. Strong proposals will include interactive activities, clear learning outcomes, age-appropriate content, and useful strategies or resources participants can continue using after the summit.

Please submit one application for each proposed workshop. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. The planning team may request edits to a title, description, format, or content to support the overall summit experience. Selected presenters will receive information on scheduling, room, technology, materials, and deadlines.
