Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the 3rd Annual Mental Health Matters Youth Summit, presented by MOTIVATE in partnership with Cleveland City Councilman Richard A. Starr. The summit will take place on Thursday, October 8, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. at Cleveland Public Auditorium.

Sponsorship investments help support student workshops, featured speakers, meals, event materials, community resources, and the continued opportunity for students and schools to attend the summit at no cost.

Supporter Sponsor - $500
Recognition in the digital event program, on the summit website, on sponsor recognition slides, and in the post-event Impact Report, plus the opportunity to provide an approved resource or giveaway for participants.

Youth Wellness Sponsor - $1,000
Includes all Supporter Sponsor benefits, plus social media recognition, logo placement in pre-event communications, optional Community Partner Showcase participation, and the opportunity to provide approved branded materials.

Impact Sponsor - $2,500
Includes all Youth Wellness Sponsor benefits, plus elevated program and screen placement, preferred Showcase placement, recognition in email communications, and sponsor acknowledgment during event remarks.

Champion Sponsor - $5,000
Includes all Impact Sponsor benefits, plus premium sponsor materials placement, a dedicated social media feature, prominent recognition during opening and/or closing remarks, and the opportunity for an approved on-site activation.

Lead Impact Sponsor - $10,000+
Includes all Champion Sponsor benefits, plus the highest level of recognition across summit materials, premium screen and digital placement, featured acknowledgment during remarks, and customized recognition based on your organization's investment and interests.

Please complete one sponsorship form per organization or individual. Submissions express your interest but do not guarantee sponsorship confirmation or a specific placement.

A member of the summit planning team will follow up to confirm the sponsorship level and collect any additional information needed, including invoice or payment requirements, payment instructions, a P.O. Box or mailing address for sponsorship checks, logos, recognition materials, representative names, and any other event-day logistics.
