Sponsorship investments help support student workshops, featured speakers, meals, event materials, community resources, and the continued opportunity for students and schools to attend the summit at no cost.

All sponsorship levels include the option to participate in the Community Partner Showcase with a table.

Summit Sponsor - $250

Summit Champion - More Than $500

Summit Champions make a customized investment in the continued growth and impact of the Mental Health Matters Youth Summit.

Recognition and involvement opportunities may be customized based on the organization’s investment, interests, and desired level of participation.

Please complete one sponsorship form per organization. Submission expresses your organization’s interest but does not guarantee sponsorship confirmation, a showcase table, or a specific placement.

A member of the summit planning team will follow up to confirm the sponsorship level and collect any additional information needed, including invoice or payment requirements, payment instructions, a P.O. Box or mailing address for sponsorship checks, logos, recognition materials, representative names, and any other event-day logistics.
