Thank you for your interest in registering for the 3rd Annual Mental Health Matters Youth Summit. We look forward to welcoming high school students and educators for a day of learning, connection, and meaningful conversations centered on youth mental health.

Thanks to generous sponsor support, registration and lunch are provided at no cost. Attendees are responsible for arranging transportation to and from the summit.

Individual educators may request up to 30 student seats, with a maximum of 50 students permitted from the same school. Educators and chaperones do not count toward these limits. Individual high school students may also register.

Submitting this form serves as an initial registration request and does not guarantee placement. Attendance is confirmed only after written confirmation is received from the summit planning team.
